Satellite Office
Friends of SCLARC developed the entire first floor office space located in the heart of South Gate, CA, to serve as an outreach center for new cases.
A large portion of the Regional Center’s families reside in the southeastern portion of their service area, so this serves as a development that provides office space for assessment and diagnosis, as well as for service coordinators to meet with families living in the area.
The site features a large multipurpose room to host community education meetings, and a satellite Family Resource Center.
Friends of SCLARC’s subsidiary, Community Impact Development, also provides vendor management that includes property and project management services for tenant renovations and daily supervision of security, maintenance, and janitorial staff. This ensures that SCLARC’s families can continue to receive high-quality care with a local convenience.
